A TSCM survey will provide a professional evaluation of a facility’s technical security posture and normally will consist of a thorough visual, electronics, and physical examination in and about the surveyed facility. Other more recognized terms associated with these services are De-bugging, electronic countermeasures, and electronic sweeps.

Technical Surveillance Countermeasures involves investigating the presence and location of electronic eavesdropping threats and technical surveillance devices. It includes procedures and measures aimed at identifying and minimizing executive, organizational and infra-structural security risks.
